Shipping
Orders ship in 5-7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong size or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost.
For approved damaged or incorrect item claims, we will provide and pay for the return shipping label.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition unless the issue is due to a defect.
Size-Related Orders
A size chart is provided on our website for your reference. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
- Refunds or returns will not be accepted for ordering the wrong size.
- We are not responsible for sizing issues that result from not following the size chart.
How to Start a Claim
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact orders@txaconcepts.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the issue.
